We know plans change. Here's exactly how refunds, exchanges and cancellations work for tickets to Origen Productions shows.
Tickets purchased through our websites are sold on the basis that the performance will run as scheduled. Because our shows are live theatre with limited seating and fixed performance dates, tickets are non-refundable for a change of mind once purchased.

You may exchange your ticket for another performance in the same season, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the performance you originally booked. Exchanges are:
To request an exchange, email emma@origenproductions.com with your booking reference and preferred alternative.
You are welcome to gift or transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before the performance. Email the new attendee's full name to emma@origenproductions.com along with your booking reference, and we will update the door list. There is no charge for a transfer.
If Origen Productions cancels a performance for any reason (including but not limited to force majeure, illness of a principal cast member, venue unavailability, or technical failure), we will offer, at your election:
Refunds for cancelled performances are processed within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original card or payment method used at checkout, via Paystack. Refunds typically reflect within 3 – 10 business days depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one used to purchase.
If you accidentally book the same performance twice, contact us within 24 hours at emma@origenproductions.com with both booking references and we will refund the duplicate purchase in full.
If you believe a transaction was fraudulent, contact your bank immediately and email emma@origenproductions.com. We cooperate fully with Paystack and card issuers in investigating disputed charges.
